From Tuesday to Sunday, from 8.15 am to 7.00 pm (last entrance at 6.45 pm).
Closed on: Monday, 1st January, 1st May, 25th December.
Ticket collection
The museum is located in Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie n° 2, next to the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
Please collect the tickets at least 20 minutes before your visit by showing up a copy of your purchase receipt at the ticket office near to the entrance.

Cloakroom
Visitors must hand in umbrellas, large bags and backpacks. The cloakroom is not guarded.
Ticket collection
The museum is located in Via Brera n° 28 and the ticket office is located directly next to the entrance of the museum. Please collect the tickets at least 20 minutes before your visit by showing up a copy of your purchase receipt, or you risk to lose your tickets.

History
- Cenacolo Vinciano : this beautiful painting dated to 1494-98, was commissioned to Leonardo da Vinci by the Duke of Milan Ludovico il Moro; a masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance and one of the most famous paintings in the world, this artwork shows the moment of the Last Supper in which Jesus says to his apostles that one of them will betray him. Unfortunately, due to the technique used and to the humidity of the place, the mural painting is very deteriorated and has undergone several restorations, but it's still possible to appreciate the ability of Leonardo in using the perspective, the lighting, the colours and the beautiful study of the "movements of the soul", that is the representation of all the emotions and reactions of the Apostles to the words of Jesus.
- Pinacoteca di Brera : founded in 1776 in the Brera Palace by the will of the Empress Maria Teresa d'Austria, is a museum that houses an extraordinary collection of Lombard and Venetian paintings, among which we find names like Titian, Raphael, Caravaggio etc. When, at the beginning of the XIX century Napoleon abolished several churches and monasteries, many masterpieces there contained came together into this beautiful Art Gallery where today we can admire the Piety by Giovanni Bellini, the Marriage of the Virgin by Raphael, the Supper in Emmaus by Caravaggio, the famous Kiss by Francesco Hayez, and many others...
