On which legal basis does New Globus Viaggi collect and manage personal data?

Credit card data

The credit card details are processed and stored by Mercury Payment Services S.p.A. VAT 11247650150 - Gruppo Intesa San Paolo, located in Viale Giulio Richard, 7 - CAP 20143 Milan, which handles credit card transactions. It is always Mercury Payment Services S.p.A. which processes and retains data if it is requested that the recurring payment is made by automatic debit to the credit card or that the data is stored in such a way as to avoid providing it on the occasion of new purchases. Mercury Payment Services S.p.A. operates as the data controller by providing the policy and requesting, if necessary, consent to the processing.
