Cancellation Policy
This tour runs rain or shine. For the Colosseum tour: 72 hour cancellation policy. A full penalty will be applied in case of cancellation in the last 72 hours prior to tour departure and/or in case of no-show.

- Vatican Museums: Entry to the Vatican Museums is based on strictly timed tickets, meaning late arrivals may not be granted access.
- A mandatory dress code requires visitors to cover knees and shoulders.
- All participants must bring a physical ID card on the day of the tour, as digital versions will no longer be accepted.
- Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
- The guided tour will culminate at the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel.
- Your guide will provide you with directions on how to reach St.
- Peter's Square, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the best route to take, if you want to reach it on your own.
- Colosseum: Please ensure full names are provided when finalizing your booking.
- Tickets are nominative and non-transferable, requiring the holder’s name.
- Visitors must present valid ID at ticket checks.
- Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accomodate them.
- We invite our guests with access needs (visual, hearing, learning and mobility ) to book the private version of this tour.
- Large bags are not permitted.
- All visitors must pass through a security check which involves a bag search.
- For everyone's safety, all bags, rucksacks, packages and personal items may be searched before entry.
- The security check may cause some delays in entering the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and we apologise for this inconvenience in advance of your visit.
- The visit will take place in an archaeological area with very steep, uneven inclines leading.
- Agility and surefotedness are particularly essential.
- Please note that the tour itinerary is subject to change based on the day's schedule—you may visit the Colosseum before the Roman Forum, or the other way around.
