If less than seven days remain before the scheduled services, no reimbursement will be issued by Florence-Tickets.com for the cancellation. PLEASE NOTE - VASARI CORRIDOR CURRENTLY UNDER MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION.
In 2007 Florencetown was the first tour operator ever to open this hidden gem regularly to the public, making it possible for everybody to discover it. From December 2016 the Vasari Corridor will be closed to undergo a major reconstruction to highlight even better its architectural characteristics and add some safety exits.

Children and teenagers under 18 years of age should always be accompanied by at least one adult. In the event that this requirement is not met, we retain the right to exclude the underage participant, and unfortunately, no refund will be provided.
