1. We regret to inform that this tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or with impaired mobility.
2. Due to the presence of narrow stairs and lift, this tour is not suitable for those with heart problems and/or claustrophobic.
3. A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums.
4. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed.
5. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women.
6. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
7. No backpack and big bags are allowed.

9. Every Sunday, due to religious services, the Cathedral interior is closed to visitors.
10. For this reason, the tour will include the Duomo Museum and the Terraces instead.
11. The itinerary inside the Terraces and the Duomo may slightly vary depending on restrictions decided by the museum board.
12. For example, when access to the Cathedral is restricted due to religious events, the visit may be replaced with the Duomo Museum.
13. In all cases, the tour quality will always be preserved.
14. Guests are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time as tours will start at the exact scheduled time.
