These unique formations mimic an artful assemblage of buttons aligning perfectly along the eruptive axis. Each mount creates a captivating linear effect worth capturing. Experience the unique ambiance that distinguishes the region, caught between volatile materials ejected by the volcano during its explosive phase - scoria, lapilli and volcanic 'bombs', and exciting natural spectacles. Get set to marvel at terrific examples of tree species like the betula aetnensis – it's a birch variety common in North Europe but found only along Northern flanks of Mount Etna while exploring Sicily. You, as our esteemed customer, can likely choose to carry on with your planned tour and perchance hope for weather conditions to become favorable. And we'd like you to understand fully well that this decision will not entail any refunds or discounts from us. We strive hard - indeed we shall exert every effort in our capacity towards accommodating you - all subjected though, it needs pointing out, to the whims of the climatic elements. 2) Why not shuffle the tour to another day, subject to it being available? You'll need to get in touch with our Booking office. There you can inquire about availability and discuss the possibility of rescheduling your experience. Imagine the scenario when there is no convenient date or time for your rescheduling? No worries! You can select any other experience as per availability, provided its cost matches or falls under your previously scheduled one. On top of that, you could also opt for an experience with a higher value by merely paying the difference. Remember this always! Let's turn our attention to number three - The Rain Check Credit. It's the total amount given back clients due to certain circumstances, for later use or at any preferred moment they choose, providing we can confirm availability of course. This 'Rain Check' is actually a voucher that we hand out to the customer. What makes it super flexible? Our customers have full freedom; they could pass it on by selling or gifting somebody else who might make good use of future services within one year from its issuance date. Guess what! Its value isn't strictly tied down either—it may well be useful in securing spots on other tours offered by us. I want you to understand, indeed take it into the heart of your thinking that for folks that are our clients, their safety and snugness are taking an ace spot. Notably, if guests decide they can brave rain to have a ride; equipping themselves with appropriate rainy attire is simply non-negotiable. We politely request our clienteles to present themselves at the designated meeting spot a good 15 minutes prior to the departure of their tour. This gives ample room for weather conditions check, giving you an extra edge in choosing your gear accordingly. Just keep in mind folks, showing up is crucial because refunds aren't available for no-shows.
