You'll make two different types of pasta and also create an incredible Italian dessert with an unusual version of gelato!
Learn how to expertly make your own Fresh Pasta and Seasonal Sauces! This class will give you a solid understanding of how to make Fresh Pasta from scratch using all of the methods of preparing Fresh Pasta, including dough mixing, rolling, shaping Tagliatelle and Ravioli, etc. You will learn trade secrets for producing perfect pasta textures and flavours, enabling you to create the same Fresh Pasta dishes at your home every time you cook! By engaging in hands-on cooking applications, you will enhance your cooking skills and develop an appreciation for authentic Italian cuisine.
Your pasta is done, so now you need an appropriate pair of seasonal sauces, one sauce for each pasta dish. The chef will make traditional Italian sauces using locally grown and prepared ingredients. You will learn how to balance flavours and textures to create sauces that work together beautifully with your hand-made pasta.
You're well-equipped to make an authentic Italian dessert after completing the pasta-making process! The next step in your Italian culinary journey will be to learn how to make tiramisu! You'll get hands-on experience creating tiramisu from scratch, which is considered to be one of the most-loved desserts throughout Italy.
Working with our chef you will create every layer in chronological order seeing the balance of taste and texture responsible for making this dessert legendary. You will learn about the ingredients and how to create them so that you can make the exact same thing again at home from the centres through to the finishing decorations.

Towns of Italy Cooking School & Tourist Hub in Via Giovanni Battista Sammartini 1 (corner piazza IV Novembre) next to Central Rail Station. The cooking school is inside the CENTRAL MARKET on the first floor (one floor up from the ground floor).
